STEP 1

Submit a Care Request

Share your pet, service, and schedule details so we can review availability and service fit.

STEP 2

Complete the Required Meet & Greet

For first-time clients, we’ll review your pet’s routine, temperament, care needs, access, and service fit before confirming care. Most core-area and video options are free; same-day or surrounding-area fees may apply.

STEP 3

Pet Profile & Care Instructions

Provide detailed care instructions — feeding schedules, medications, vet info, and any special needs.

STEP 4

Confirm Schedule & Pricing

We’ll finalize your care schedule, pricing, add-ons, travel adjustments, and any payment requirements in writing before service begins.

STEP 5

First Visit & Media Update

Your first care visit! You'll receive photo and video updates so you know your pet is in great hands.
